Refund policy

OVERVIEW
At Odevie Genève™, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and how to return items purchased from odeviegeneve.com.


1. RETURNS

  • You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU/UK consumer protection laws.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including any tags, labels, and gift boxes.

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

    • Bibs, personalised or custom-made products

    • Gift cards

    • Items marked as “final sale”

     


2. HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us at contact@odeviegeneve.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label.


3. REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable. 


4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@odeviegeneve.com.


5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size of the same product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@odeviegeneve.com.


6. GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.


7. SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, mail it to the address provided by the team or using the return label if provided: 

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • If you haven't been provided a shipping label by the team, return shipping is at your own cost and liability.
